15+ years of Shipbuilding experience with a focus on Supply Chain Management best practices and large scale systems implementation.
Having had the opportunity to work both submarine and surface ship construction, Leah’s implementation experience spans most areas in SCM including: parts catalogue development, demand planning, material estimating and inventory accounting, contracting, engineering and operations integration, business controls, compliance and SCM performance management.
Leah is known for her ability to break down complex processes and problems into tactical execution so a team can achieve desired performance improvement.

40+ years Shipbuilding Supply Chain Management Leadership experience both as Director of Supply Chain Management at General Dynamics Bath Iron Works and as a consultant.
Greg has transformed material availability performance from 85%-99%, achieving 99% on a lead ship.
As previous chair of the Supply Chain Management council at General Dynamics, Greg has done extensive benchmarking of Supply Chain leading practices in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Greg is known for his ability to capitalize on existing talent and resources and to positively lead change in a way that brings buy-in and ownership from the organization.

Joey Theriault
30+ years Navy and Coast Guard shipbuilding experience, including as Director of Supply Chain Management and Material Control at General Dynamics Bath Iron Works and as a consultant.
With direct leadership experience in subcontracting, procurement, warehousing, business controls and compliance, Joey is positioned to identify opportunities and bring best practices to a wide range of supply chain processes.
Joey is also known for his strong technical aptitude. With an education in Mechanical Engineering, Joey brings a unique ability to drive engineering change to impact supply chain performance.
